Términos de servicio

El Registro de Alimentos es una aplicación de Estándar RM (estandar.org, República Dominicana) para registrar comidas, entender tu nutrición y planificar el supermercado del hogar — desde la app en food.estandar.org y, si lo conectas, desde asistentes de IA compatibles (Claude, ChatGPT u otros). Al crear una cuenta o usar el servicio aceptas estos términos.

El servicio

• Qué incluye. Registro de comidas con estimación por IA (foto o texto), objetivos y resúmenes nutricionales, historial de peso, funciones familiares (lista de compra, menús delegados) y el conector para asistentes de IA.
• Estimaciones, no mediciones. Las calorías, macros y micronutrientes son estimaciones generadas por IA a partir de lo que describes o fotografías. Son orientativas y pueden contener errores.
• No es consejo médico. El servicio no sustituye a un médico, nutricionista ni dietista. Si tienes una condición de salud (diabetes, trastornos alimentarios, embarazo, alergias…), consulta a un profesional antes de guiarte por la aplicación.

Tu cuenta

• Entras con Google; eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta. Debes ser mayor de edad en tu jurisdicción o contar con autorización de tu tutor.
• Los menús delegados permiten compartir un enlace con quien cocina; eres responsable de con quién lo compartes.

Prueba, suscripción y pagos

• Las cuentas nuevas incluyen una prueba gratis de 7 días. Después, las funciones de IA requieren una suscripción de pago.
• El cobro lo procesa PayPal de forma recurrente hasta que canceles. Puedes cancelar cuando quieras desde PayPal; el acceso continúa hasta el fin del período pagado. No hay reembolsos por períodos parciales.
• Los precios pueden cambiar; te avisaremos antes de que un cambio afecte tu renovación.

Uso aceptable

No uses el servicio para actividades ilegales, para intentar acceder a datos de otras cuentas, ni para sobrecargar o interferir con la infraestructura. Podemos suspender cuentas que abusen del servicio.

Asistentes de IA conectados

Si conectas tu cuenta a un asistente (Claude, ChatGPT u otro), autorizas un acceso limitado a tu propia cuenta, revocable cuando quieras. Lo que envíes al asistente se rige además por los términos de su proveedor. El tratamiento de datos se describe en la política de privacidad.

Propiedad y disponibilidad

• Tus datos son tuyos. La aplicación, su marca y su código son de Estándar RM.
• El servicio se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantía de disponibilidad ininterrumpida. Hacemos lo razonable por mantenerlo estable y avisar de cambios importantes.
• En la medida que permita la ley, la responsabilidad de Estándar RM se limita al monto pagado por el servicio en los últimos 12 meses.

Terms of Service

The Food Log is an app by Estándar RM (estandar.org, Dominican Republic) to log meals, understand your nutrition, and plan the household grocery run — from the app at food.estandar.org and, if you connect it, from compatible AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or others). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

The service

• What it includes. Meal logging with AI estimation (photo or text), nutrition targets and summaries, weight history, family features (shopping list, delegated menus), and the AI-assistant connector.
• Estimates, not measurements. Calories, macros, and micronutrients are AI-generated estimates from what you describe or photograph. They are indicative and may contain errors.
• Not medical advice. The service does not replace a doctor, nutritionist, or dietitian. If you have a health condition (diabetes, eating disorders, pregnancy, allergies…), consult a professional before relying on the app.

Your account

• You sign in with Google and are responsible for your account's activity. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction or have a guardian's authorization.
• Delegated menus let you share a link with whoever cooks; you are responsible for who you share it with.

Trial, subscription & payments

• New accounts include a free 7-day trial. Afterwards, AI features require a paid subscription.
• Billing is processed by PayPal on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from PayPal; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods.
• Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects your renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, to attempt to access other accounts' data, or to overload or interfere with the infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Connected AI assistants

If you connect your account to an assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, or another), you authorize limited access to your own account, revocable at any time. What you send to the assistant is additionally governed by its provider's terms. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.

Ownership & availability

• Your data is yours. The app, its brand, and its code belong to Estándar RM.
• The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep it stable and announce important changes.
• To the extent permitted by law, Estándar RM's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
